With sustained write and read speeds in excess of 180MB/sec and a native capacity of 2.5TB per tape, LTO-6 adds a new level of performance and capacity to our tape-based BRU archival and backup solutions. It also retains full read and write compatibility with LTO-5 media, so adding a new drive to your workflow doesn't mean replacing your existing media investment and library.

Our desktop and rack solutions are available starting immediately. For library solutions, the drives will be available in early February.
